Happy Hour Friday :: Root-y Root Beer Floats

When I first discovered Art in the Age's ROOT, I was super excited about the potential of a grown-up Root Beer Floats.  I was not wrong.  These are perfect for the Fourth of July!

Root-y Root Beer Floats
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 shot ROOT
4-6 ounces really good Root Beer

Scoop the ice cream into a tall glass and pour ROOT and Root Beer over top.  Serve with a tall spoon and a straw.
