Happy Hour Friday :: From Martha's Rooftop

Last night I had this while standing on the rooftop at Martha Stewart's headquarters.  Maybe it was the dazzling view, maybe it was chatting with Kevin Sharkey, maybe it was the friendships I'd already made during the day.  Whatever it was - this was delicious.  And it's totally something my sister would love too.

2 ounces prosecco
1 ounce Aperol
1 ounce club soda

Pour in a champagne glass (preferably) and garnish with an orange slice (preferably blood orange)
