Charm Hour :: Tom and Jerry's

This is not a recipe for those who are nervous about a few raw eggs.  And if you're only a little skiddish, you can skip the frothy egg white topping and make meringues from it instead.  

We make these at the beach mostly because we found this fabulous Tom and Jerry set at an antique store, but also because my dad's name is Thom and my uncle's name is Jerry.  Any joke involving those two is always welcome - especially if it involves rum.
