Obsessed no. 5 :: Simon Pearce {& a giveaway!}... now closed

I am obsessed with glass bowls.  And fancy glass bowls are so lovely because they look nice even if they are empty - but have so many uses!  Flowers!  Candy!  Ice Cream!  A dessert trifle!  Pinecones in the fall!  Ornaments at Christmas!  I literally could come up with a zillion uses for a good glass bowl.

Which is why I am so excited to be able to offer you a chance to win a $300 credit to Simon Pearce!  Simon Pearce is a Vermont based glass company and one if the last Heritage Glass Brands that are still making glass pieces by hand in America.  It's literally creating heirlooms everyday.  There's a large selection of other things too {ceramics, etc.} but it's the glass pieces that I adore.  I think you will too.

To enter to win, just leave a comment below and tell me which is your favorite piece at Simon Pearce.  You aren't judged on what you choose, I'm just curious.  A winner will be chosen at random on February 19th.  Enter now!  I can't wait to see what your favorite is.  My favorite is the Barre Bowl - check out the different ways I used it.

We lived in South Royalton VT for awhile so I'm partial to the Royalton line, I got a vase for Christmas. We've got a few different kinds of glasses too because we lived close enough that we could go to the stores & get seconds, the problem with the stores is that you want it all.

I have a lovely wedding bowl that is engraved with our names and our wedding date that is my current favorite. I don't think that it is made anymore (we just had our 16th anniversary). It used to sit in the china cabinet on display but now I have it out in my kitchen with fruit in it every day.

I love my wine glasses and always get lots of compliments. My next purchase will be a glass pendant light to go over my kitchen island.

I agree...that bowl is awesome. I have a few crystal type bowls that were left to me by my Mother-in-Law. I love to use pretty things instead of putting them away so they don't get damaged.
